Swim Workout - Blossom Aquatic Center
Meet at the Bill Walker Pool @ BAC at about 8:00pm. The pool opens up for open swim at 8:15pm.
$3 for a single swim, or $20 will get you a card good for 10 swims.
Soul Ride
Meet outside Trisition Area (1604 at Bitters) at 7am.
Devotional and Prayer followed by beginner ride and 28 mile ride.

Tempo Run - McAllister Park
Meet at Al Becken Pavillion (13102 Jones-Maltsberger San Antonio, Texas 78247) at 6pm.
Short: 15min jog - 20min tempo 15 min jog.
Alternate: 2 mile warmup - 3.5 mile tempo - 1 mile cooldown
Track Workout - Reagan HS
Devotional at 6pm. Workout immediately following.
1 mile warmup followed by stretching.
Short: 2 sets of 6x400m
Distance: 4x4s (4 reps 4 min hard 3 min very active recovery)
1-2 mile cooldown followed by stretching.

Wheels down (bike ready, helmet on, ready to go) at 7:30am.
Devotional followed by 25 mile ride.
